In order to reserve your new property we’ll need you to complete the following online application and you’ll need to make payment via either bank transfer or cash in our office.
A holding deposit of 1 weeks rent.
– e.g. a studio at £170 per week or a 5 bed house share of £450 per week (combined) is payable to secure the property.

Once we’ve received your Holding Deposit we will get on with referencing you. These checks will make sure you’ve always:
Paid your current rent on time.
Have the legal right to rent the property (Right to Rent Checks).
Signing the Tenancy Agreement
Now you’ve passed your referencing we require you to sign your tenancy agreement, this is a legally binding document and should be read carefully. We’ll send you your tenancy agreement to sign digitally through your email.
You confirm that once you have received the tenancy agreement the document will be signed within 15 days. Failure to sign the agreement within 15 days will result in you losing your Holding Fee.
